Kilcock-Kilcloon & District Annual General Meeting for the Year Ended 30^th September 2025

Notice is hereby given that the 53^rd Annual General Meeting of Kilcock-Kilcloon & District Credit Union Limited will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday 22^nd January 2026 in The Connaught Suite, Glenroyal Hotel, Straffan Road, Maynooth, Co Kildare, W23 C2V1. At the Meeting the Annual Report and Accounts for the Year Ended 30^th September 2025 will be presented by the Board of Directors. Tea/coffee, scones and sandwiches will be available at the conclusion of the Meeting.

As communicated previously, Members are reminded that the Board of Directors made a decision that printed AGM Booklets containing the Annual Report and Accounts, will no longer be automatically posted to Members. This decision was taken in the context of reducing operational costs and Kilcock Credit Union’s commitments to meeting its environmental objectives, which include a reduction in the use of printed media.
