We were made aware of unusual automated activity on the website & Mobile App over the weekend involving public-facing online forms. As a precautionary measure we have restricted access to only UK and ROI users.

As a result, members who are outside Ireland or the UK will not currently be able to access these services. This measure has been introduced as part of the additional controls we are implementing in response to the unusual activity identified over the weekend.

We have no evidence that member data has been accessed or compromised.

There is no action required from members. However, please be aware of this restriction should you be traveling or currently abroad.
